i n the Nursery room, the children are engaged in lots of free play that develops every aspect of their learning. During playtime, their gross and fine motor skills are developing as they climb, play and use their hand and fingers to manipulate toys.
We also focus on art which is used as an extension of their interests which develops motor skills, cognitive skills and hand eye coordination.
Our theme for the coming few months is Creation and looking at all what God has made. We will be looking at and reading bible stories and nature as we focus on all of God’s creation. We have had an enjoyable start to the year and the new children have settled well.
Mosaic Christian Early Learning Centre is pleased to take part in the Christmas Box Appeal held every year by Samaritans Purse. The children are always eager to fill their boxes with much needed supplies to be given to children in need from around the world. It is a very real way the children learn that it is important to give and not just receive.
Purposeful play guided by experienced staff. Using play and art as a vehicle for learning and cognitive development, our children build language, fine motor and gross motor skills, as well as social and emotional skills.
We are committed to providing the highest quality, family-oriented Early Learning Centre, by nurturing children in an environment of Christian love and care.
